Your mission
We bring justice to travellers!
At Flyhjælp, we help air passengers across Europe claim the compensation they’re entitled to when their flights are delayed or canceled — and we do it with a human touch and legal-tech efficiency.
As a Norwegian-speaking Caseworker, you’ll be part of our Operations team, supporting customers from claim to resolution. No legal background is needed — just strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a desire to help others.
You’ll work on:

Reviewing and assessing flight compensation claims

Communicating with customers via email in a clear, helpful, and professional tone

Organizing case documents and managing information in our systems

Assisting in preparing claims for court cases in Norway

Supporting process improvements and pitching in with various team tasks
Your profile

You speak and write fluent Norwegian and English

You bring some customer service experience — whether from retail, hospitality, or support roles

You’re structured and detail-oriented, with good organizational habits

You enjoy taking initiative and have a positive, proactive mindset

You thrive in a team setting and like helping both customers and colleagues

About Flyhjælp:
Flyhjælp is an ambitious, innovative company experiencing rapid growth, located near Kløvermarken in Copenhagen. In 2021, we joined forces with the German company Flightright, strengthening our position in the Nordic market. Our team consists of committed employees from across the Nordics and several other parts of Europe, with additional colleagues based in Berlin, Budapest, and Kyiv through our parent company.
The team consists of two caseworkers and a Team Leader, with whom you’ll work closely to ensure high quality in cases and assessments within the Norwegian legal process.
